90-Day Report
Please note that once you have granted the 1-year visa, as the same goes to all who holds a long terms visa in the kingdom are required to report to the immigration office to report for a 90 - day. It is not a difficult process and will not cost you anything for it is free, but failure to comply with this requirement can get you fined from 2000 to 5000 baht.
The 90-Day Report is a bureaucratic process which main purpose is to have a periodic check- in of the whereabouts of foreigners staying in the Thailand, nevertheless updating the
immigration record of yourself that you are still alive and well.
As its sole purpose is to notify your current address, the requirements are handy as follows;

Filled and signed form TM 47 (available at the immigration counter)

Previous 90-day receipt (If any)

Passport with the TM.6 (Departure card)
